I Love Waffle Cream was born from a simple obsession: the perfect Belgian waffle, warm and crisp, hugged around cold, creamy ice cream. It's the dessert we dreamed about as kids — and the one we still crave as grown-ups.
Rooted in Memphis, our shop blends the neon glow and good vibes of the 1980s with the craft of a real dessert kitchen. Every Waffle Cream is made to order, stacked with house flavors, fresh toppings, and a whole lot of love.
From that very first red velvet waffle to the song-inspired menu we serve today, Waffle Cream has always been about one thing: making people smile.

Waffle Cream was born in 2016 from a simple idea: What if dessert could be just as fun as the experience of eating it?
As a music producer and recording engineer, I spent years creating sounds that brought people together, sparked emotions, and made people feel good. But I've always had a love for creativity beyond the studio. I wanted to create something whimsical, colorful, and unforgettable — something that could bring that same joy to people in a completely different way.
The inspiration came during a trip to New York City, where I tasted a red velvet waffle for the very first time. It was unlike anything I'd experienced back home, and I immediately knew I wanted to bring that excitement to Memphis — but with my own creative twist.
That's when Waffle Cream came to life.
I combined my love for music, my passion for desserts, and my desire to make people happy into one sweet concept. And because music has always been such a big part of my life, I decided to give our signature waffle ice cream sandwiches names inspired by songs. From Strawberry Letter 22 to Coco Butter Kisses and Take Me Back to Cali, every creation has its own personality, flavor, and rhythm.
At Waffle Cream, we're not just serving ice cream between waffles. We're creating an experience. One that's playful, nostalgic, a little unexpected, and guaranteed to bring out your inner kid.
From the first bite to the last, our goal has always been the same: to make people smile, create sweet memories, and remind everyone that life should be a little more fun.
